Are you expanding?
We will absolutely be expanding into new cities and areas. We always put customer service first before growing too quickly.
Are your menu prices the same as those at restaurants and stores?
Yes. We never mark up the cost of items requested.
Can I have alcohol delivered?
Make Your Day delivers beer and wine in selected areas.
You must be 21+ with a valid ID present upon delivery. If you are unresponsive, intoxicated, or unable to receive your delivery in-person for any reason, your Team Members will return your items and you may be charged a restocking fee.
In most cities, you can get beer and wine delivered from 7am to 11pm Monday through Friday, 7am to 12am on Saturday, and 12pm to 11pm on Sunday. However, operation hours vary by market.
What services do you offer or what can I have delivered with Make Your Day?
*Almost anything! “We Sell TIME” not a specific service or request.
*All packages are deducted in 15-minute increments. Service and errand request are at MYD discretion. Request can be declined in any way which may be harmful, immoral or illegal. Hours purchased are valid within 30 days from first service request completed.
How does Make Your Day work?
Go to Makeyourdaysa.com browse and purchase popular packages. You may also email email@example.com with name, number for us to contact you.
After you have purchased a package, Make Your Day assigns one of our Team Members, who will complete your service or delivery. Team Members act as your personal assistant that you can text throughout entire delivery, so if you decide you need to make any changes, text your Team Members to let them know.
All payment information is saved securely so you only need to enter it once.

Make Your Day is the Premier concierge company. We offer the easiest way to get anything you want in your city delivered to your door.
How do I report a problem with or return my Make Your Day service or product?
If there is an issue with your in-progress Make Your Day service, you can contact your Team Member directly via phone call or text. If your Make Your Day service is complete, or you cannot get in contact with your Team Member, contact the Make Your Day Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should I tip my Team Member?
Team Members work hard to make sure that they Make Your Day and happens without any issues. Make Your Day will suggest a tip for your Team Member based on the cost of the items and the distance traveled.
What do I do if I need to contact my Team Member?
Your Team Member is a text or phone call away! When your Make Your Day is in progress, you’ll be able to text message or phone call to get in touch with your Team Member.
Who makes the deliveries?
Our trusty Team Members deliver all Make Your Days. All Team Members are screened and go through a background check process before they begin to Make Your Day.
Can I order in advance?
Make Your Day deliveries are on-demand, at the time you need it. Although our average delivery is pretty quick, we recommend placing your Make Your Day about 30 minutes – 1 hour ahead of time.
Large catering orders
If you would like to set up a large catering order, we recommend contacting the merchant directly to place the order. When you need the order delivered, just place a Make Your Day service request and specify it’s for an existing order you already placed with the merchant.
What is the delivery fee for Make Your Days?
We do not charge a delivery fee. You already have paid for TIME in advance.
How quickly do you deliver?
The average delivery time is 45 minutes, but times can vary depending on demand, traffic, and restaurant wait times. We always keep you posted on the status of your order via push notifications and texts from your Team Member.
How do I pay for a Make Your Day service?
Make Your Day is completely cashless. All payments are made upfront for purchased TIME and we accept all major credit and debit cards, which we store securely. You only need to enter your payment info once.
After you place a request we will perform a pre-authorization on your default payment method for products that wan to be purchased. Additionally, once receipt has been delivered (via text pic or in person) we will automatically charge the full amount using your default payment method and the request a suggested tip.
